An Excellent Goju-Ryu Karate Do reference book.

This book explains in an easy to comprehend way the basics, training techniques using various traditional equipment, and all of the Goju Ryu katas using photographs and diagrams showing the direction of movement. In both English and Japanese, this one book is perhaps the most complete and detailed book on Goju Ryu style karate published to date.
The techniques are shown by the Goju Ryu competitors in Japan, Abe Ryoki. Tetsuya Furukawa, Yogi, Kukikawa and others All Japan kata champions mostly from Okinawa goju-ryu Karatedo kyo kai.
