Mr. Masataka Muramatsu, 8th Dan,  A Hanshi Level Master of instructors in the JKF and JKF GOJU KAI is  Vice Chairman of the JKF Central Technical Committee. Mr, Muramatsu was a senior student of Jundokan founder Master Eiichi Miyazato, 10th Dan (Hanshi), until the master's death in 1999. Mr. Muramatsu is an executive member of the JKF GOJUKAI Board of Directors as well as Okinawa Goju-Ryu Kyokai. Mr. Muramatsu continues his training on monthly basis under Master koshin Iha, one the last living and most knowledgeble student of the late master Chojun Miyagi
